The Lewes Friday Afternoons performance took place as part of a weekend of events celebrating Benjamin Britten, produced by the East Sussex Bach Choir and their musical director John Hancorn.
Three Lewes-based children's choirs each performed different songs from Friday Afternoons at St John sub Castro in Lewes. All three then joined together to sing 'Old Abram Brown', directed by John Hancorn.
The choirs were: Junior Vox from Lewes Old Grammar School, directed by Rachel Munro; Lewes Youth Choir from East Sussex Music Service, directed by Stella Hull; Paddock Youth Choir, directed by Ruth Kerr. Musical Director: John Hancorn; Piano: Nancy Cooley
