Leicester-Shire Music Hub

Working with Apollo 5 the pupils will come together in one venue to listen to and work on selected songs from the Friday Afternoons set. The day will be a mixture of activities with everyone and workshops in school groups looking at creative ways to enhance or re-imagine some of the pieces. Each school will work with a member of Apollo 5 or the Leicester-Shire Music Hub vocal team to explore one of the Friday Afternoon pieces in more depth. Apollo 5 will also present a short lunchtime performance of some of the songs for GCSE and A level music students from the College. On the 20th November students will continue to work on their ideas after the initial workshop, and prepare a presentation which will be shared in the afternoons of the 20th.
